We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Its location is amazing, with easy access to the city's main attractions like Marina Bay Sands, Clark Quay, and Chinatown, which are all just a short walking distance away. The hotel facilities are great, especially the swimming pools with a perfect relaxing break in between flights. The staff is very helpful, and the concierge team and 22nd floor lounge staff, particularly Liying, provided excellent service. transportation is very convenient as the hotel is only a three-minute walk to the metro station.

The location of Peninsula Excelsior was fantastic, with MRT and bus stops nearby, as well as plenty of shopping centres. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there were toiletries provided. The hotel had clean pools, including a still water pool, and our 14th floor room had a nice view. The bed was comfy, and we especially loved the window seat.

We loved the location of this hotel, it was right in the city center and had excellent access to the MRT at City Hall. The staff here were exceptional, and every staff member was exceedingly polite and made us feel like an important customer. The room amenities were great, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The restaurant and bar area were fantastic, and we enjoyed spending time here. Additionally, the spa & wellness center, fitness center, swimming pool, and jacuzzi provided ample opportunities for relaxation during our stay.

We highly recommend this place to others visiting the city.

I stayed at the Peninsula Excelsior Singapore hotel for 4 nights at the end of my trip and it was perfect. The location is ideal, being near MRT City Hall and close to Chinatown and Raffles. The reception staff were efficient and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and room change when needed. The rooms were spacious, with great views of either the harbor or parkland. The two pools were a delightful place to relax, and the gym was well-equipped. The staff, particularly Anne, the Assistant Manager, were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The Club Lounge breakfast was delicious and the bathroom amenities were nice.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The central location of this hotel was a major plus for us. It made it easy to access the MRT, explore local attractions, and enjoy the amazing view of Marina Bay Sands and the light show from the Sky Lounge. the room was clean and tidy with all the necessary amenities provided.

There were a couple of drawbacks. the shower was located over the bathtub with high sides and a wide edge, making it difficult to get in and out safely.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the convenient location of the hotel. It was just a short walk to the nearest MRT station, easy for me to explore the city. there were plenty of shopping centers nearby, so I could easily find everything I needed. What I enjoyed the most was the magnificent views from the restaurant at the top of the hotel.

there was a stale smell in the lobby, not pleasant.
